Shampoo- apply to the scalp. Massage and leave to act for a few minutes. Rinse.
Conditioning fluid- apply to washed shampoo dry hair and towel-dried hair, without touching the scalp.
Distribute over the entire length of the hair with your fingers or a comb. Rinse thoroughly.
