Terms of payment

Orders are placed on the terms of full payment on the site in any convenient way:

Cash (for pickup or delivery in Montreal)

Delivery methods

Shipping within Canada is with UPS EXPRESS. Please note order processing time is 2 business days. Shipping time is 2-7 business days with UPS Express.

If order  is missing an item, by default, we will ship the order as is, and contact you by email to confirm refund or ETA of missing item, and we will ask you to whether you want to wait or cancel the fulfillment of missing items.

 

If item is discontinued - full refund will be granted.

 

 Cost of delivery

Shipping for orders less than $79 CAD (before taxes and discounts) is $15 (flat rate)

Shipping for orders over $79 CAD is FREE across Canada and USA. Operated by UPS EXPRESS

 

Please note, delays during extreme weather in Canada or USA  is out of our control and we obey carrier instructions.
