Terms of payment
Orders are placed on the terms of full payment on the site in any convenient way:

Delivery Methods
We ship across Canada using UPS Express and Chit Chats.
Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on the carrier and destination.
If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship the remaining items and contact you by email regarding the missing product. You will have the option to:
- Receive a refund, or
- Wait for the item to be back in stock
If an item has been discontinued, a full refund will be issued automatically.
Shipping Rates
Canada
- Orders under $100 CAD (before taxes and discounts): $20 flat rate
- Orders over $100 CAD: Free shipping
Shipping is handled by:
- UPS Express for Alberta and British Columbia
- Chit Chats (ground service) for the rest of Canada
United States
- Flat rate shipping: $20 USD
- Shipped via USPS through Chit Chats
- All U.S. shipments are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — duties and taxes are included, with no additional charges upon delivery

Please note that delays caused by extreme weather conditions in Canada or the United States are beyond our control. We follow the guidance and timelines provided by our shipping carriers.
