Toner With Anti Septic Properties. Purifies and Balances The Skin. Commodes Purify & Balance Toner addresses the primary causes of oily skin and blemishes, speeding up healing processes and preventing further damage. It's invigorating antiseptic properties work together to both purify and balance the skin.

Apply 1-1.5 ml of tonic to a cotton pad and spread over cleansed facial skin with patting movements, avoiding the orbital area. Do not rinse off.
